This is an important issue to take up ('Call for PR industry to stamp out practice of unpaid internships', prweek.com/uk, Feb. 9), and one I applaud PRWeek and its readers for exploring. Here in the U.S., the Public Relations Society of America issued new guidelines for its Code of Ethics on the use of interns ... We believe it to be wrong to employ anyone who adds value without compensating them.
