The point made by GolinHarris MD Matt Neale that media outlets need to reassess their commitment to their own internal ethics is interesting ('Latest News International revelations show containment strategy has failed', prweek.com/uk, July 12).
It falls in line with what PR and our clients have gone through in recent years: counselling clients to be transparent and to fully disclose issues that are either illicit or may raise questions over potential improprieties.Keith Trivitt
