has resigned as a member of the Public Relations Society of America
(PRSA) Board of Directors and as an officer of the corporation, effective Oct. 4, 2011.
McCormick stated he is resigning for personal and professional reasons.
“I accepted Gary’s resignation with great personal regret,” said PRSA Chair and CEO Rosanna M. Fiske, APR. “He has served our organization with distinction, and we’ve been fortunate to have his counsel and leadership. We wish him well as he continues to succeed in his professional and personal endeavors.”
Article V.
