PRSA Chair Comments on State of PR in the Digital Age in

PRSA Chair and CEO Rosanna M. Fiske, APR, was quoted recently in on what public relations now represents in the digital age given the influx of technology and social media that have rapidly changed the profession. According to Fiske, “What was once considered a form of ‘push’ communications has now evolved into a more prosperous and valuable two-way communication platform in which brands, organisations, governments, non-profits, NGOs, etc, are able to communicate and engage directly with key audiences in a mutually beneficial manner.”
