PRSA Praises Work of New York PR Firms in Crain’s New York Letter to the Editor

In a letter to the editor published in the Jan. 9, 2012, issue of Crain’s New York Business, the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) praises the economic and creative benefits generated by New York City’s public relations firms. PRSA calls such firms as Text 100, Mr. Youth and GolinHarris, which were named to Crain’s 2011 “Best Places to Work” list as “shining examples” of the “quality and competency of work performed by the city's PR professionals.”

Congratulations to all of the businesses that made Crain's 2011 “Best Places to Work” list (Dec. 5). We would especially like to extend our appreciation to the public relations firms that were bestowed the honor. Agencies such as Text 100, Mr. Youth and GolinHarris are some of the leading companies in the public relations industry. Their innovative practices, combined with stellar work environments, are shining examples to New York businesses of the quality and competency of work performed by the city's PR professionals.
