Having previously served on the PRSA Diversity and Inclusion Committee, as well as writing the "Diversity Dimensions" column for PRSA's Public Relations Tactics, Ford is well known for her expertise on diversity and multiculturalism in communications. Ford currently serves as a Senior Counselor to the PRSA National Board.
“For the last two years, our grant-funded diversity programs addressed strengthening the pipeline. Our research specifically addressed diversity best practices for CCOs and agency leadership…This research is now being used to frame action agendas of the Arthur W. Page Society, the PR Council and PRSA."
