Statten has authored four best-selling business books, including his newest, UnSelling: The New Customer Experience. He was named one of the “Top 5 Social Media Influencers in the World” by Forbes Magazine. Companies such as PepsiCo, Red Cross, Cirque du Soleil, and Fidelity Investments, have turned to Stratten to provide guidance on social media and relationship marketing.
The PRSA International Conference, which will take place Oct. 23 to Oct. 25, is the largest gathering of public relations professionals in the United State.
